1. At all times I will maintain the highest standard of health, nutrition, and cleanliness for my dog(s) physical and mental health.
2. I will not intentionally or knowingly put my dog(s) in danger physically or mentally at any time.
3. I will be respectful of club equipment and venue grounds.
4.  I agree to always clean up after my dog(s).
5. I agree to listen and follow the instructions of a member acting on behalf of the club as supervisor/instructor for a class, meeting, or event.
6. I agree to maintain control of my dog(s) at all times and will remove my dog(s) from the premises if instructed to do so by the supervisor/instructor.
7. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a club member and must not be left unattended. Children must be respectful towards all dogs and club members present.
8. At all times and in all circumstances, I will conduct myself in a manner that will reflect favorably upon the Club, dog sports, and venues.
9. I will not speak or write maliciously about the club or another member nor seek to damage their reputation in any way.
10. I will not use the club for personal gain or profit without permission of the club’s board.
11.  I agree to attend a minimum of one club meeting AND all club held shows/competitions as laid out in the Clubs Bylaws.
12. I understand that participating in any event/training holds risks. I will not hold the club responsible for any injury to myself or my dog(s) and will not seek legal action against the club or anyone acting on its behalf.
13. I have read the Club’s Constitution.
14. I have read, understand, and agree to follow the Club’s Bylaws and to review them yearly.
